Where you located? Maybe it depends on location because if you target people who like dogs in the US and are older than 18 you reach 1000s of people. Here is South Africa you will only reach 300. It needs to be very specific. Facebook ads are GREAT. Between servreal campaigns I have averaged CTRs of 0.7% ...very effective. NOBODY should have CTRs of 0.03% or lower.
